The artworks available for purchase from B2BFINEART.COM, Inc. are limited editions
and one-of-a-kind originals - which means each and every piece is irreplaceable. Therefore, we
devote extra care to packing and shipping each piece so it will arrive safely to you. Our packaging
is specially designed for art shipments.
In most cases, orders within the United States are shipped via United Parcel
Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx), depending on the artwork being shipped. Oversized or
especially delicate pieces are sent via carriers that specialize in art handling. Each item you
order is shipped separately and is fully insured. A street address is required for all orders.

We at B2BFINEART.COM are pleased to provide the service of not charging for any
shipments within the continental United States only. We will make EVERY effort to send your purchase
in a timely manner. We ask that you allow 30 days from order to delivery of our giclees. All
serigraphs are in stock and should be delivered in five (5) working days.
All documentation regarding your art purchase i.e.; Certificate of Authenticity
will accompany the fine art and/or sculptures.
If your order is damaged in shipment, please keep the package it came in and
contact us immediately at 1-707-258-5772.
* Shipping of serigraphs, giclees and carousel sculptures is FREE for DELIVERY to
buyers, or LEGAL representatives, within the Continental United States only. There are NO
refunds or exchanges on any art purchased from B2B FINE ART.COM! Please allow 40-45 days from
time of order, to delivery, on all carousel orders.
Return Policy*
What if I don't like it? May I return it?
Regrettably, we can not offer this service.
We, however, recommend that for those parties interested in Mr. Bedoar's
serigraphs or Mr. Whitfield's giclees to purchase our book, "PEOPLE, PLACES AND THINGS" first and study the detail to insure your
FULL satisfaction with the quality. If references are requested, we are more than happy provide this service to allay any purchasing indecisions. All shipments of our works are insured for the FULL
value. If a claim is to be made on any damaged art, it will be covered by our carrier.
*A reminder: Once the carousel is completed and going to be shipped to the
client, B2BFINEART.COM will forward a final digital photograph of the sculpture. Once the carousel
is ready for shipment and the final deposit made to PayPal, shipping will commence with insurance.
At that time, the carousel sale will be considered FINAL. ALL California purchases will be charged
the appropriate tax on their purchase/purchases.
What if I cancel my order before I receive it?
Please notify us IMMEDIATELY of your decision at (415) 640-3737- or via
e-mail at bbedoar@b2bfineart.com If your order has
already shipped, you will be responsible for charges incurred for shipping. At your instruction, we
will either refund the purchase price to your credit card account, or apply the credit to your next
purchase.
I have ruined my unframed art. Can I return it and get a
replacement?
Regrettably, no. We cannot accept the return of merchandise that was damaged
through customer action. Original artworks are just that: original. And works that are part of a
limited edition cannot be "reprinted" - even if it is just to replace a damaged work. Many paper
conservators or quality frame shops may be able to repair some types of damage, so you should check
your local yellow page listings.
