Open communication ensures your complete satisfaction!
   
•   After you decide to purchase, a 50% deposit needs to be made to B2BFINEART.COM.    We will email you an invoice which will contain a link to the PayPal website which allows you to conduct a totally secure transaction with any major credit card or  e-check. (You do not need to be a Paypal member).  Paypal offers the utmost security for your transaction, and we never even see your credit card number, so it is your safest way to pay.
   
• A confirmation email will follow outlining receipt of your deposit, along with a timeline estimate for delivery of your carousel sculpture. Typically 4-6 weeks.
   
• Once your 50% deposit is received, the sculpting will commence. Please keep in mind that there are NO hidden costs!
  The price listed for each carousel  includes:  shipping, insurance, choice of color finishes and jewels.
   
• At the conclusion of the sculpture and before shipment of the piece to you, we will send you several digital pictures of your sculpture for your perusal and file.
   
• Before shipment, the remaining 50% balance (plus tax if you are a California resident) needs to be paid.  Again, you may pay by credit card (via Paypal processing).  If you are a California resident, we will inform you of the taxes to be applied to your purchase.
   
• After the final deposit is posted, we will crate and ship, (free of charge,) within the Continental United States, along with insurance on your acquisition. The Certificate of Authenticity will follow in the mail.
   
•  All of our individual animal carvings are sold with a money-back guarantee.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition and crate for a full refund.
